Mouthguard Cleaning Instructions
Clean your mouthguard regularly by washing under hot water. If using soap, rinse the mouthguard thoroughly before wearing.

STEPS TO MOLDING YOUR X1 MOUTHGUARD
1. Prepare the Water: Start by boiling some water.
2. Position Mouthguard: Place mouthguard in a glass bowl.
3. Pour the Water: Once the water is boiling, carefully pour it over the mouthguard and let it sit for about 25 seconds.
4. Mold Guard: After 25 seconds, remove the mouthguard. It will be soft, so gently bite down to create the mold.
5. Ensure a Perfect Fit: Bite down and suck the water out. Use your fingers to press around the outside of your mouth to help the guard fit into your gums.
6. Set the Mold: Keep the mouthguard in your mouth for at least 1 minute, allowing it to cool and set.
7. Finish Up: Remove the guard, rinse it with cold water, and it’s ready to use.
Warranty Information
SYZMIK warrants the mouth guard unit to be free from defects in material and workmanship which could cause damage or injury to the sound, natural teeth of the purchaser herein when properly used in a supervised athletic contest or coach supervised training session. This warranty
shall extend for a period of time of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Safety Instructions
This mouth guard can be used with braces. Visually check your mouth guard after every use. Check for cracks, splits or separations that could diminish the performance of your mouth guard. Visit doctor immediately if you experience any unusual irritation after using the mouthguard. This mouth guard does not contain any latex or materials that are currently know to cause allergic reactions.
Mouthguard Warning
DO NOT CHEW YOUR MOUTHGUARD in order for a mouthguard to protect, fit, and last it must be worn properly on your teeth and gums as indicated in the fitting instructions. If any mouthguard is chewed or not worn properly, its protection, fit and durability will be greatly diminished.
